Paid for a return label and page kept crashing. Eventually printed it off, sent parcel then found that they’d charged me 4 times-£2.70 x4= £10.80! Rang them several times only to be directed to website FAQ’s! Emailed them several times, no reply. Customer service appalling, you cannot get through to a ‘real’ person. Phoned retailer to inform/complain and they immediately refunded me the extra money paid out. That’s customer service-take note Hermes!!

Checked return parcels whereabouts on tracking, and got no further than its on its way. Would have been nice to know it had got to its destination.

They have held a returns parcel for a week. You cant get hold of them, they are very very unhelpful when trying to contact via email etc. When I have parcels delivered they just dump them on my door step for any one to take. Do not use Hermes
