Next day delivery is 3 days later and no phone number to talk to a human being, you will find a phone number but have fun talk to the Machine that will try to divert to back to the website

You've had my parcel in the depot since 6th Jan. It was due to be delivered by the 9th. It is now the 13th and I'm still waiting for it.

I returned my parcels to the Parcel shop on Sunday 5/1/20, and they are still in transit today, 13/1/20... very poor service!

Parcel dropped off at store Sunday 5th January, collected Monday 6th January & still not back with Amazon on Friday evening 10th January. Not worth 1 star. Its not that many miles away either. Disappointed.

Parcels collected 21 December to Amazon and Debenhams haven’t arrived yet. If they don’t arrive within 48 hours I will not be eligible for a refund. Never will I use this company again.
