Parcel dropped off at store Sunday 5th January, collected Monday 6th January & still not back with Amazon on Friday evening 10th January. Not worth 1 star. Its not that many miles away either. Disappointed.

Parcels collected 21 December to Amazon and Debenhams haven’t arrived yet. If they don’t arrive within 48 hours I will not be eligible for a refund. Never will I use this company again.

Package was sent back to Amazon a week ago and still not arrived.

I have received several parcels from this company and apparently I have signed all the parcels and yet I have never met the Hermes delivery man

Worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Parcels badly damaged or not delivered at all. No customer service, just a brick wall. No contact details, no one to speak to just a BRICK WALL.

Just because the school was closed does not mean the residents who live on site are not in. No attempt was made to deliver to the package to the property but I was in during the day if delivery. The address was clearly stated The Bungalow and not the schools address. I consider the driver to be lazy in his lack of observation of the address.
