Worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Parcels badly damaged or not delivered at all. No customer service, just a brick wall. No contact details, no one to speak to just a BRICK WALL.

Just because the school was closed does not mean the residents who live on site are not in. No attempt was made to deliver to the package to the property but I was in during the day if delivery. The address was clearly stated The Bungalow and not the schools address. I consider the driver to be lazy in his lack of observation of the address.

Returned parcel to Return collected on the 27th of december still not processed and so no refund due to such poor return service

My heart always sinks when I see that the courier delivering my parcel is Hermes - I’ve waited in over 12 hours for this one that was meant to be here 2.5 hours ago latest! Even that was a change BY THE COURIER from the original time! Why are you so hopeless - parcel delivery is easy - I’ve done it so I know! Zero out of 5 stars is too good - you should be kicked clean out of the industry. Can’t even get an answer online never mind actually being able to speak to a human being!

Worst delivery service ever. Drivers too lazy to even complete the slip to support with rearranging delivery. 3 attempts and the package goes back when you receive 3 empty receipts. Joke of a delivery service
