My heart always sinks when I see that the courier delivering my parcel is Hermes - I’ve waited in over 12 hours for this one that was meant to be here 2.5 hours ago latest! Even that was a change BY THE COURIER from the original time! Why are you so hopeless - parcel delivery is easy - I’ve done it so I know! Zero out of 5 stars is too good - you should be kicked clean out of the industry. Can’t even get an answer online never mind actually being able to speak to a human being!

Worst delivery service ever. Drivers too lazy to even complete the slip to support with rearranging delivery. 3 attempts and the package goes back when you receive 3 empty receipts. Joke of a delivery service

Bought clothes from yours clothing arrived with Hermes in November and I can track it with a number. They still have it and it has not moved since 18th december

I waited in ALL day. On the app it said they attempted to deliver at 1:35pm - this is a total LIE, I was there all day and my doorbell DOES work before they say otherwise!

Youve had my parcel since 24th November still not delivered it. How can it possible take this long. Ive tried everything possible to contact someone. Very disappointed.
