Bought clothes from yours clothing arrived with Hermes in November and I can track it with a number. They still have it and it has not moved since 18th december

I waited in ALL day. On the app it said they attempted to deliver at 1:35pm - this is a total LIE, I was there all day and my doorbell DOES work before they say otherwise!

Deliveries are left on the doorstep and they aren’t interested in collecting returns.

Youve had my parcel since 24th November still not delivered it. How can it possible take this long. Ive tried everything possible to contact someone. Very disappointed.

Not even worth 1 star saying they try to deliver yet no message on any other occasions they deliver studio parcels with no issues yet i order from sports direct and they lie and say they cant find my address

Brilliant customer service from amazon until the point Hermes takes over,got given a date for collection so I wait in all day 8-8 only to contact amazon again and find out you’d been the day before when we were out! No note or any other kind of notification. Poor!!!!
