Have had several parcels that have just been left without your employee ringing my doorbell which has a video camera...the latest package was left by the door in the pouring rain. Not at all happy as this is a recurring problem.

Tracking is useless, had the parcel for two days at the depot, why haven’t you delivered it!!!!

You are Rubbish , you have had my package to be believed to me for two days and you say you cannot find NY address and it is in the centre of peckham high street! You asked for my phone number the second time you were ment to liver my package so you can call me and I could meet you. You never called me.

Tracking number didn’t work, contact number 30-40 minute wait... diabolical service!

1st attempt no one was in so wasn't left. 2nd attempt asked to leave with neighbour but camera shows they didn't even bother 3rd attempt asked for it to be left in porch, even left a note on the door and again doesn't bother. What is the point in having a company that doesn't deliver? The guy on this round should be sacked, absolutely usless

Said they tried to deliver parcel but no card left, someone was in all day as received parcels from another courier, 5 days later and still waiting on my parcel, absolute joke and this is not the first time, don't understand why any business would use this parcel company.

Have been trying to track my parcel for the six days and Hermes track my parcel is obviously not updated on a daily basis as it says my parcel has been delayed for 24 hours and it has been stating this for the last seven days!
