1st attempt no one was in so wasn't left. 2nd attempt asked to leave with neighbour but camera shows they didn't even bother 3rd attempt asked for it to be left in porch, even left a note on the door and again doesn't bother. What is the point in having a company that doesn't deliver? The guy on this round should be sacked, absolutely usless

Said they tried to deliver parcel but no card left, someone was in all day as received parcels from another courier, 5 days later and still waiting on my parcel, absolute joke and this is not the first time, don't understand why any business would use this parcel company.

Have been trying to track my parcel for the six days and Hermes track my parcel is obviously not updated on a daily basis as it says my parcel has been delayed for 24 hours and it has been stating this for the last seven days!

Came home to find receipt saying that my parcel was left in my porch, no parcel in my porch at all, courier should have tried again like the receipt says.

No flexibility, there is a number left on the card when a delivery is attempted, I asked for my package to be delivered the next day after 2 attempts as I wouldn't be in and was told, "I'm not paid to keep packages", so the package was attempted to be delivered for a 3rd time despite being told I wouldn't be there and is no going back to sender. There should at least be an option to have the package sent to a local collection point, the drop off points could be used for this, surely? After being told I couldn't be at home but would be the next day, someone with good customer service skills would have allowed some flexibility, but Mark was unwilling to do so. All good courier services offer somewhere to collect a package of you can't be at home to receive it. Hermes is not a good courier service and their staff have very poor customer service skills.
