My parcel got sent to them on the 30th now the 6th not been updated to its where about proper joke man the company needs shut down and they basically makes you give them a star

So called attempted delivery did not happen as I have cctv and no attempt was made at the time claimed, still waiting delivery!

Would give no stars if I could. Hermes are always late and the drivers take no care with parcels. By far my least favourite delivery service
