Would give no stars if I could. Hermes are always late and the drivers take no care with parcels. By far my least favourite delivery service

Dreadful. Often a bad experience but currently waiting for a ‘next day delivery’ that should have been delivered 4 days ago. Their website promises every day that it’s on its way but then it’s delayed for some unknown reason. Thankfully amazon are brilliant and I have another one on the way with a different courier which I’m more hopeful in actually receiving.

Now into 3rd day saying cannot parcel which has been outside front day. Have had to lug back indoors at night each day

My parcel has been on its way since Thursday it is now Saturday and still no sign . Not very good.
