Dreadful courier. Last week I was indoors all the time on 3 successive days waiting...Hermes never appeared but claimed failure to deliver on 3 attempts. Lies!! They sent my package back to the depot. I ended up asking the seller to send out my package and NOT to use Hermes. The seller did this via Royal Mail First Class. Got my package the next day.

late delivery...tracker said it was in couriers van but never arrived...no contact from Hermes.
