Dreadful courier. Last week I was indoors all the time on 3 successive days waiting...Hermes never appeared but claimed failure to deliver on 3 attempts. Lies!! They sent my package back to the depot. I ended up asking the seller to send out my package and NOT to use Hermes. The seller did this via Royal Mail First Class. Got my package the next day.

I have sent a parcel 1 week ago on Friday and the update is from the Saturday that the parcel is on the way. I have tried to contact Hermes but was not able to get through. Surely 1 week is enough for parcel to arrive from one part of England to another or may be not

You have had parcel 10 days and all u say it's on the way if it's on the van it means the delivery man is holding my parcel I have been in touch with the supplier and the said that they have had it from the 22nd it's now the 30th and still no sign

Never deliver on time. Been waiting all day for a parcel and it just delays the parcel.

I have now had 2 deliveries from you 1 was thrown over a 7 ft fence and the other is lost in transit. Terrible service. I dont want to give a star where is that option.
