Delivery drive puts cards through letterbox with nothing written on so how/who do you contact about your parcel..... very very poor service

2 days stating it should be delivered by 8pm tuesday. Wednesday saying again should be delivered some time in the day. Entered tracking No which told me received Monday morning, out for delivery tuesday but no info where it was on wednesday.

Three weeks have passed awaiting on an uplift to return an Amazon parcel, three separate attempts and this current one started on the 23rd and still no pick up, a shocking service and shocking customer service.
