Three weeks have passed awaiting on an uplift to return an Amazon parcel, three separate attempts and this current one started on the 23rd and still no pick up, a shocking service and shocking customer service.

Most appalling service I've ever come across. Every parcel that has been sent to me using hermes has been a disaster, some I've never received.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star but there is no option for less. Why say my parcel has been delivered to my porch when first of all I don't have a porch and second there was no parcel delivered to my house! This is always the case when I unfortunately have to wait for these useless lying couriers. I will never again order from people who use these thieves.

Always try to deliver a parcel when people are at work. Not even try to leave the parcel in the porch or to a safe place. Definetly the worst courrier.
