You have had a parcel for 2 weeks and I keep getting a message saying oops it’s too big, yet was supposed to be 24-48 hr delivery! We surely after 2 weeks you know it’s a large parcel and can arrange suitable transport. Even though you would’ve been notified when the retailer booked it! So we cancelled it and started again, guess what, the same mickey mouse useless service again, surprise surprise! I wouldn’t ever choose Hermes to deliver anything! Appalling service and you can’t get in contact either. AVOID!

Threw my goods over the fence with no signature and not even trying the neighbours who saw him do this. Absolute disgrace of a delivery company, never had a good experience with Hermes

Not impressed with the service, parcel delivered to wrong distribution centre, not able to properly track parcel. Unable to contact customer services. Still waiting for parcel 2days after estimated delivery date !!!!

Nightmare if not impossible trying to get hold of someone from there so called customer service to talk too
