Not impressed with the service, parcel delivered to wrong distribution centre, not able to properly track parcel. Unable to contact customer services. Still waiting for parcel 2days after estimated delivery date !!!!

I have used this service for many years but recently I have found the service appalling. Parcel due at noon show up at 4pm or the next day, my local courier was in the my street 3 time today if that not poor logistic management I dont know what is.

I’ve only given one star because there isn’t an option for no stars. Hermes is a delivery company that doesn’t actually deliver parcels. Across the country there must be warehouses full of undelivered parcels. Absolute pile of sh*te.
