I have used this service for many years but recently I have found the service appalling. Parcel due at noon show up at 4pm or the next day, my local courier was in the my street 3 time today if that not poor logistic management I dont know what is.

I’ve only given one star because there isn’t an option for no stars. Hermes is a delivery company that doesn’t actually deliver parcels. Across the country there must be warehouses full of undelivered parcels. Absolute pile of sh*te.

Unfortunately I can’t say anything good about delivery service. My parcels never been delivered on time. Sometimes I have to wait over 3 weeks!!!!!!
