Total rubbish I've never had a parcel delivered on time by this shower. Really don't know why people use them. I'd give zero stars if I could. The tracking is a waste of time also.

This is said it was comeing on Monday but they come today when I was at work and its say it comeing on Saturday when I got a wedding to go to and now I can not go as am staing in all day

Useless couriers not one parcel ever sent to me has been delivered on time or correctly 3 parcels have gone missing in transit No customer service to call Worst company ever

My delivery is already a day late, supposed to be being delivered today, I have been at home all day, as of 6.30pm still no sign of my parcel and no communication from company. Very poor and if I had a choice I would not use Hermes, I have had 3 deliveries from them and there has been delays and problems every time, I would much rather use DPD who deliver on time every time!

Latest info on where parcel is, is dated 7th and today is 9th.
