My delivery is already a day late, supposed to be being delivered today, I have been at home all day, as of 6.30pm still no sign of my parcel and no communication from company. Very poor and if I had a choice I would not use Hermes, I have had 3 deliveries from them and there has been delays and problems every time, I would much rather use DPD who deliver on time every time!

Latest info on where parcel is, is dated 7th and today is 9th.

They are cheap service, sadly take far too long to actually get the goods processed and delivered. bit like a budget airline without a pilot...!

Very slow was ment to receive parcel yesterday and might not get it until tomorrow or Monday very annoyed

Absolutely rubbish they constantly lie about the tracking!!!! Says it’s been delivered and I’m still waiting 3 weeks later??? I absolutely dread companies using these people to deliver!
