Absolutely rubbish they constantly lie about the tracking!!!! Says it’s been delivered and I’m still waiting 3 weeks later??? I absolutely dread companies using these people to deliver!

If an option I would give 0 stars. The three times that Hermes have delivered a parcel they have left a slip with no information, the package never arrives and the tracking service simply advises that the parcel is out for delivery. One time a parcel was left on my front step and I have no front garden or porch my front step is the pavement on the main road of a town. Awful delivery service.

Tracking a farce . I took my parcel to the shop on 30th July ,it was picked up by Hermes on 31st July so far so good. Today 8th August tracking says still on way !!! Unable to find way to contact Hermes so contacted the recipient to be told it had been returned and they’d refunded my money. I again checked on tracking and yes they are still saying in transit. I have used this courier before without problems . I guess I was just lucky that time! I shall think twice about using them again. Review for tracking

Hermes delivery people are lying. No delivery made when tracking service claims it has. Also incorrect information given through tracking process. Absolute rubbish. Do not use or use at your peril
