Ordered 3 items on the same day 1 came royal mail 1 came DHL and the other is coming Hermes you picked it up 3 days ago still not here every time hermes is delivering my things the service is poor disappointed yet again it's no surprise your reviews are so poor!

Hermes are by far the worst delivery ever. Where people ship using them, I choose not to order and source elsewhere. Day after day thing are coming then another 48hrs passes and over and over. Useless.

Hermes are crap dpd are the best. Dpd ring when on it's way and give you a time with in the hour and are spot on. I ordered jeyes fluid of a seller it did not come rang about it they gave me another date never came again so got in touch with ebay got my money then hermes delivery it two weeks later lol if I could give hermes know stars that would true. Don’t use don’t deliver when they should

Disgraceful service in this area. They send you text of estimated delivery but that is just to trick their machine. They very rarely deliver on the expected day. It is a father and daughter who deliver here but only when it suits them. As we are a rural area they do not like travelling the extra 5 miles from the nearest town where most of their deliveries are.. so overall hermes ( in my opinion ) are a terrible company. Would not even give it one star but had to put something in. A score of minus 5 stars would be a reasonable rating.

Always reliable excellent service the delivery mans not to bad either lol
