Disgraceful service in this area. They send you text of estimated delivery but that is just to trick their machine. They very rarely deliver on the expected day. It is a father and daughter who deliver here but only when it suits them. As we are a rural area they do not like travelling the extra 5 miles from the nearest town where most of their deliveries are.. so overall hermes ( in my opinion ) are a terrible company. Would not even give it one star but had to put something in. A score of minus 5 stars would be a reasonable rating.

I asked for a parcel to be picked up on 28th July. You picked it up 1st August late And still I have no parcel delivered

Got a tracking number apparently it doesn’t exist so have no idea how to track or where in the world it is terrible
