Totally useless. Giving different facts about my parcel. Paid for guaranteed delivery 2 days ago. Still received nothing. Customer service is absolute nightmare, can't get any help.

Did not collect on the day and did not bother to inform sender leaving him remaining indoors all day. Collected the next day and received no information for 6 days, until I telephoned, then the tracking was updated to my local depot but after 8 days my parcel has still not been given to driver for delivery, probably waiting for the next weekend period?

Spent all day waiting for my delivery which never turned up. Now have to book another day off to be home incase it turns up. No updates on delivery at all.
