Did not collect on the day and did not bother to inform sender leaving him remaining indoors all day. Collected the next day and received no information for 6 days, until I telephoned, then the tracking was updated to my local depot but after 8 days my parcel has still not been given to driver for delivery, probably waiting for the next weekend period?

Spent all day waiting for my delivery which never turned up. Now have to book another day off to be home incase it turns up. No updates on delivery at all.

What a load of rubbish keep saying every day driver will deliver and every day .. sorry it’s delayed had a time slot every day but still NO DELIVERY you people should be ashamed.

It's the second time when my parcel supposed to be delivered by Hermes and everytime there is something wrong with delivery. Today I was home all day waiting for a parcel, after 6 pm I've checked tracking number to find out where my parcel is. Apparently it was left with neighbour with no reason because as I wrote before i was home all day. Moreover I didn't get any notice which neighbour it was delivered to. There is 16 flats in my building. Does it really mean I should find it by myself? I'm really disappointed again...

They said would deliver between 4-6 and im still waiting and this isn't the 1st time.
