It's the second time when my parcel supposed to be delivered by Hermes and everytime there is something wrong with delivery. Today I was home all day waiting for a parcel, after 6 pm I've checked tracking number to find out where my parcel is. Apparently it was left with neighbour with no reason because as I wrote before i was home all day. Moreover I didn't get any notice which neighbour it was delivered to. There is 16 flats in my building. Does it really mean I should find it by myself? I'm really disappointed again...

This parcel was collected on 8/72019 and it's still not been delivered back to debenhams I'm so cross I WILL NOT be using this service EVER AGAIN.

A disgrace of a company that should be ashamed of themselves, returned some expensive shoes back through Hermes over 12 days ago...the company still hasnt received them & ive still no refund?! Everytime i check my tracking no, its says the same message from the 22nd july? Why do companies even use Hermes is beyond me...awful company, Hermes hang your heads in shame.
