A disgrace of a company that should be ashamed of themselves, returned some expensive shoes back through Hermes over 12 days ago...the company still hasnt received them & ive still no refund?! Everytime i check my tracking no, its says the same message from the 22nd july? Why do companies even use Hermes is beyond me...awful company, Hermes hang your heads in shame.

Absolutely useless, parcels rarely arrive, never on time if they do. I dread it when someone posts something to me via these. Royal mail 2nd class parcel is quicker and more reliable.

Would rate zero stars if I could. In this day and age it shouldn’t take over a week to get a parcel from London to Manchester! Other companies manage it in a couple of days. Shockingly bad service
