Dreadful company.First left a parcel on my step,I wanted to change delivery but told not allowed. We were away and live on a very busy road with lots of tourists the parcel disappeared. Hobbycraft sent another parcel express that was Monday now Thursday still no parcel. Try getting in touch with Hermes ,they put the phone down twice. Should look at another type of business because they are unless at delivery.

Snail pace service. My parcel went into the system on the tenth and isnt expected until the 18th. Seems pointless leaving a review as many people have left bad reviews and the service still hasnt been improved. Are you delivering across the country on foot? Dont know how you are still in business

What a cr*p tracking process, not been updated in the last 2 days. Makes you wonder if your parcel has gone missing,/been nicked and no way of contacting Hermes.
