Snail pace service. My parcel went into the system on the tenth and isnt expected until the 18th. Seems pointless leaving a review as many people have left bad reviews and the service still hasnt been improved. Are you delivering across the country on foot? Dont know how you are still in business

What a cr*p tracking process, not been updated in the last 2 days. Makes you wonder if your parcel has gone missing,/been nicked and no way of contacting Hermes.

When you are at work through the day your parcel always gets sent back to the supplier

Wow how ridiculous I ordered brand new down hill suspension for my bike boxed ruined to open it and find my forks damaged absolute ball ache now
