I paid for express two day shipping and the driver claims that he couldn't get in our gated community. However I see other Fed ex driver in my complex as well as UPS and many other couriors. Very disappointed

please beware fedex office at 115 dry road oriskany. NY 13424 Rt 840 the delivery of item with there driver are insane they don't want to do there Job how there are supposed they say that they come to Your door and they don't just leave door tag and leave. and I have proof

The worst delivery driver ever!!! Didn't scan either piece of a two item package. Consequently, one piece was undelivered to me and the other piece was delivered to the wrong address, which they are happily misusing and abusing. Beware of this company and it's drivers.

Absolutely lousy service on their behalf,,, it's been a week since the arrival at FedEx and still has not arrived and the sad part is it is only half way across the country!!! I get packages from UPS in 2 days from Florida to Oregon,,, quite sad and horrible delivery time ,hope my fruit trees are still alive when they get here!!! Or I will be one psed off man !
