Absolutely lousy service on their behalf,,, it's been a week since the arrival at FedEx and still has not arrived and the sad part is it is only half way across the country!!! I get packages from UPS in 2 days from Florida to Oregon,,, quite sad and horrible delivery time ,hope my fruit trees are still alive when they get here!!! Or I will be one psed off man !

I received a phone message yesterday to hang around all day (today) but no truck, no delivery and big disappointment. I was supposed to sign for delivery but it was a big waste of time.

I LOVE FEDEX: Never had ANY problems, either receiving or sending parcels or documents. I have received many from Canada, I myself live in Finland. Keep up the GREAT work: With spring wishes and big thank you's from Imatra, Finland!
