This is the 2nd package I have gotten that they have left in the middle of my driveway. Not on the porch or a door just in the middle of my long driveway. The last one was a bag that I almost ran over. This is completely unacceptable.

Left a signature card which was signed and displayed. Driver took that card, didn’t deliver package, left another notice.

Told me package would be there by Sunday 12/9 but on receipt commit date not available. Won’t use fedex again. Also $10.00 more expensive than ups.

My package showed up today on time. But even though it said handle with care, live feeder insects, the package was smashed!!! The holding container is broke and the insects are smashed!!! I guess I will use UPS or USPS to do my packages from now on!!!

FedEx backed into my driveway as my car sits in garage so guess he thought no one was home and literally threw my packages on my porch, I was so shocked he would do that and fed up with them as they are always rude anyway.
