Told me package would be there by Sunday 12/9 but on receipt commit date not available. Won’t use fedex again. Also $10.00 more expensive than ups.

My package showed up today on time. But even though it said handle with care, live feeder insects, the package was smashed!!! The holding container is broke and the insects are smashed!!! I guess I will use UPS or USPS to do my packages from now on!!!

FedEx backed into my driveway as my car sits in garage so guess he thought no one was home and literally threw my packages on my porch, I was so shocked he would do that and fed up with them as they are always rude anyway.

It is supposed to be delivered today, also was to be delivered yesterday. Can not find where it is on this day. Last info on site was November 29th. It is now December 6th.
