Company policies are not reliable. Delivery was late twice in the past two months. Staff does not give out the same information. I would not recommend this company.

my package arrived broken with a big hoe and without the bag where were the screws of the platform for my bed. It's a pity that we do not take care of our products, as customers we feel desperate. Mi paquete llegó con un gran agitador y una bolsa donde estaban los tornillos de la plataforma para mi cama. es una última vez que no cuiden nuestros productos, como clientes nos sentimos desespcionados.

He says he's ready to pick up ... but where? It does not say anything, at my door there is nothing and check the mail and nothing. Not a note, tomorrow I'll check to see if he's in the office. I just hope this one there

Senda mierda, primera vez con Fedex y no vuelvo... Las actualizaciones del articulo tardes. El paquete a viajado mas que yo en mis 32 años. Y ahora no se donde lo dejaron porq tampoco especifica.

Your tracking system said was in transit from Vaughan hours ago. So I waited all day. Now it says it's in Woodbridge.... not in transit. What the heck? I'll never use FedEx again

I tracked my package it says its been delivered but i have not received no goods. Frustrated that Callabuy is not responding to my email.
