I tracked my package it says its been delivered but i have not received no goods. Frustrated that Callabuy is not responding to my email.

Disappointed in the shipping service. I shipped it on Friday before 7pm. I was told it would arrive the next day on Saturday, but it didnt. I am hoping the perishable merchandise is still in good condition. I did ship with dry ice, but was not told the right amount t tim re of the delivery. Last Valentone the shipment arrived disorganized. I dont plan to use FedEx for my shipping fragile or perishable items in the future.

My shipment was to be delivered on Monday the 18th according to everything through the Wal-Mart websight. I ordered in plenty of time to have it delivered on Monday...before it would be difficult for our family to receive it & yet again Fed Ex found a way to drag it 's feet. According to your own time frames, it took from midnight until after 1300 for it to your center in the same town the gift shipped from. 13 hours! No happy with your company after several other deliveries have gone through this same mess at the same center.

From 15.2.19 it is showing the consignment will delivered today, the consignment has reached its destination on 15.2.19., sad to say it has not been received till know 19 .2.19 .
