My shipment was to be delivered on Monday the 18th according to everything through the Wal-Mart websight. I ordered in plenty of time to have it delivered on Monday...before it would be difficult for our family to receive it & yet again Fed Ex found a way to drag it 's feet. According to your own time frames, it took from midnight until after 1300 for it to your center in the same town the gift shipped from. 13 hours! No happy with your company after several other deliveries have gone through this same mess at the same center.

From 15.2.19 it is showing the consignment will delivered today, the consignment has reached its destination on 15.2.19., sad to say it has not been received till know 19 .2.19 .

I don't understand why a package is sent to 12 miles from my home. It sits there for 3 days untouched. Then it's shipped off to another facility 90 miles from my address. It's been 5 days and maybe I'll see the package in a couple days or not. Common sense isn't part of their business thinking.
