I don't understand why a package is sent to 12 miles from my home. It sits there for 3 days untouched. Then it's shipped off to another facility 90 miles from my address. It's been 5 days and maybe I'll see the package in a couple days or not. Common sense isn't part of their business thinking.

Good service, most appropriate counselling by customer care, timely movement of the package but need more attention for the bookings from the franchises just to add n attract customers for providing prompt and good services.

We had a Fed X truck come into our freshly plowed farm driveway. Because he was gawking he drove off and into the circle center and buried it in 2 feet of snow. I wasn't home, they tore our driveway all to heck, broke my grain scoop shovel, messed with my farm tractor, used my tow chain and begged help from a neighbor. They left behind a mess of wet cardboard and no apology or explaination. To top it off they had the wrong address for the second time!! It was our neighbors $30,000 cancer meds!
