It is sad how you can't get anyone at Fed Ex's customer service to help track down a package. I dates that it would be delivered on 11-12-21 and now appears to be handed off to FedEx SmartPost and you can't get anyone who knows anything about this package. Customer Service at Fed Ex is sad....they are really useless!

Never received my package Theft of services, none rendered. No merchandise said they delivered. I’m home all day and cameras detected no one from fed/ ex

Said it was delivered, but not to my house, these deliveries out of Gastonia NC need retraining.

I once received Fed Ex at the mail department of Wells Fargo Bank in downtown Portland Oregon for 15 years, and Fed Ex was a reliable deliverer for bank info. I tracked my personal package across the nation and saw it arrived at Kent WA. I didn't get an estimated delivery time so I awarded 3 stars.
