I once received Fed Ex at the mail department of Wells Fargo Bank in downtown Portland Oregon for 15 years, and Fed Ex was a reliable deliverer for bank info. I tracked my personal package across the nation and saw it arrived at Kent WA. I didn't get an estimated delivery time so I awarded 3 stars.

I put in my tracking number and it kept my up to date on the time it will be here

Because a fedx driver did not use a gps to find my address, an important title to a pneumatic trailer can’t be licensed, which makes it unusable. Now fedx is returning the title back to the sender, delaying the use of the trailer even longer. Why didn’t fedx call me or the sender for further information?
