The FedEx Store in West Danada Square was the most helpful. They were pleasant and most accommodating in heling me return a package which did not meet my expectations. Although I supplied the box, they finished packing it up and sending it off. I was truly impressed because in all my dealings with FedEx, this was the FIRST that really helped me and assured me that the package would get there by Monday the latest. Applause to the young man and the other clerks who work in that particular FedEx Office/Store!!! they are truly a bright light in the business world!!

Before delivery, no call!! I was AT HOME, NEARBY was building so it is noisy. I can't hear the door knocked. But why didn't u just leave a call?? Is it difficult? Very disappoint!!!

my product was supposed to arrive on Thursday then they switch it to Friday and now they're saying that not come until Saturday I think that's not very good customer service
