my product was supposed to arrive on Thursday then they switch it to Friday and now they're saying that not come until Saturday I think that's not very good customer service

I stayed home all day waiting for delivery (needed signature). End up finding a door tag at the bottom of the driveway. Now I have to go get my package. What was the point of delivery? FedEx wasted my day and now more of my time and gas.

Need to try harder to work with customers to assure delivery is made. I always have trouble receiving my packages from FedEx
