Need to try harder to work with customers to assure delivery is made. I always have trouble receiving my packages from FedEx

If give 0 stars if I could. A very important IRS check was left sitting against the garage door on a cloudy day with "severe thunderstorms" in the forecast. This house has a front door, with a covered porch! The check was soaked and may be imo good now. Seriously! Take a few more steps and leave packages on the front porch and not in the driveway folks!!!

Poor service of delivering a package. They drop the package convenient for them towards the client. Where in fact there is closer Walgreens in my place to pick up the package. Poor effort. Kinda lazy. Traumatizing!

I like fedex the way they express the delivery and hate DHL for their useless rules

I’m absolutely disappointed with fed ex. I had some package being delivered and they tried twice while I wasn’t home because I work full time. Then I had to call to find out where to pick up my package. They asked me if I wanted it moved to another location closer to me but I opted out of that option because the hours didn’t work around my work schedule so I said I’ll pick it up at the main station. Then I went to the main station the next day to pick I up and surprise surprise! They moved it to another location “as per your request” they said. Then I left and called fed ex again and gave them both my tracking numbers which were both apparently connected to two completely different packages which had been delivered in a whole other country! Then I called one more time with a third tracking number and the guy on the phone tells me they delivered the package to a sports store as per my request. I said I never ever requested the package be moved! Let alone to a sports store I never go to! Then I asked if they could send it to a location where I knew someone would be there to pick it up and they said it would cost me like $13! Wtf fed ex! This is your mistake why would I need to pay for it? Anyway then I asked them to send it back to the main station which is open late enough for me to pick it up after work. Let’s hope it gets there soon and they hold it long enough for me to pick up. I’m so angry with the service I received and would never recommend fed ex to anyone. Ever!
