I just wanted you to know that you have excellent employees at your store located in the WalMart shopping plaza in Newburgh Ny. Carlina and Brenda helped me with every step in printing labels and mailing my package. I recently started an online business and had no clue as to how I should track a printed label. Carlina was patient and showed each step. Brenda assisted her with making sure that the label was downloaded properly in the system. They really make a great team!!! This is my new store!!

Allegedly attempted delivery 4 times in the last two days. I have been home, sitting about 10' from the door. No one came or knocked on the door.

Package missed two delivery dates, which I stayed home for, then they tell me it delivered but it’s nit here. After tracking find out it was shipped back to shipper because “bar code” damaged. My fedex driver told me box was so damaged that they had to go through it to make sure it’s not missing anything. (Now just barcode damaged). It was last item in stock so I can’t get another one. This was my birthday gift from my son. I’m very upset with the lack of customer service. I was never called to tell we what was going on so I had to take off three times to receive item. Now instead of telling the truth they say “barcode” was damaged”. I gave lowest 1 star but I wish I could have given negative stars.
