Package missed two delivery dates, which I stayed home for, then they tell me it delivered but it’s nit here. After tracking find out it was shipped back to shipper because “bar code” damaged. My fedex driver told me box was so damaged that they had to go through it to make sure it’s not missing anything. (Now just barcode damaged). It was last item in stock so I can’t get another one. This was my birthday gift from my son. I’m very upset with the lack of customer service. I was never called to tell we what was going on so I had to take off three times to receive item. Now instead of telling the truth they say “barcode” was damaged”. I gave lowest 1 star but I wish I could have given negative stars.
