Worst company ever. I will tell all who care to listen never to use Aramex. Your drivers do care and especially on Friday’s they will knock off early and not deliver parcels. There are other competitors who surely can do better. This company is pathetic

Worst company ever. Their drivers don’t do their work especially on Friday’s. Aramex is useless . Phone will not be answered in their Pretoria branch or if they do you will be kept on hold for more than 3 minutes. I am done and will tell all people I know never to use this. I send 2 parcels yesterday to the identical place, identical details but only 1 parcel was delivered! I am not amused at all, I called the contact centre 2 hours gave all the details and they have stilll not contacted the receiver or delivered. Gauteng and Johanesburg are the same damn place so what is so confusing to figure out if I put City as Gauteng and Province as Gauteng??? Will not be using them again and that is for sure. Tracking no was DBP44143195765 If the office bothers to follow up my complaint.

Tracking/ waybill number details not up to date on network. It's a big challenge getting through to the Johannesburg or Cape Town office by phone. Still holding on today (8 minutes so far) Yesterday was 10 minutes. No reply on both occasions. I had to give up. Parcel left Malawi 29th November which to date not received. Your company advertises 'lightning fast delivery time'. Finding this a difficult to believe. I have had no response on mail re my previous mail sent. Service in Malawi was much better.
