Have been waiting for my package for 6 working days now, no reply to emails, poor customer care.
Pathetic service, you people dont care about your clients.
Ihave been waiting for my delivery which was sent on the 12.12.and still yet nothing i want to go to their offices in cape town to get my parcel

Tracking/ waybill number details not up to date on network. It's a big challenge getting through to the Johannesburg or Cape Town office by phone. Still holding on today (8 minutes so far) Yesterday was 10 minutes. No reply on both occasions. I had to give up. Parcel left Malawi 29th November which to date not received. Your company advertises 'lightning fast delivery time'. Finding this a difficult to believe. I have had no response on mail re my previous mail sent. Service in Malawi was much better. I sent a parcel they since last week its not yet delivered. My client is now thinking my company is a scam. Do not use aramex people. I tried to call their call center after holding for 10 tp 15 minutes someone will answer and pretend they can't hear you thrn hang up
Don't even know what say so slow not like b4. It's not a 1 day delivery it's a 5 days delivery. The driver will call but not come. You can do better.
