Where is it now? How can you accommodate me for the damage done to my business's name?? I need to refund this customer now
Had a parcel sent via drop box at a retail outlet in Jhb on Monday morning 29th Mar..Aramex claim 24hour delivery door 5o door After querying via email on Tues 30th abt 5he delivery time for my home Iin CPT . I was told that my parcel had not yet arrived at 5u3 CPT sorting depot. I was assured by Lee that the matter would be investigated as it appeared to be an Aramex team fault.....She "Lee" said she would call me first thing the next morning We'd 31 Mar to explain the delay and to prioritize my delivery once she was able to trace my parcel....Needless to say she never called back again. On querying the aClt depot by cell I was transferred to Nick a customer service consultant who assured me that I would receive my parcel by 3pm 31 Mar 21. I am now giving this review at 3.30pm We'd 31 Mar....still no delivery I therefore rate this company 00000 stars
I have more experience in export and import shipment from different countries but I never experienced such bad experience through Aramex, such as for customs clearance they charging 72 percentage of actual cost and without providing proper explanation,they are demanding money to transfer their own account otherwise leave the order or cancel the orders. So guys please don't use Aramex for imports or explort they will theif our money as well our shipment. Still my shipment is under customs and I don't know whether I will get or not now , my tracking ID 33407077745

Hi. I am really disappointed at your service, i the past period you were taking three working days to deliver shipment to its destination. As if three days wasn't enough, now it's the 4th day. I courier my shipment on the 9th and today it is the 13th still not been delivered. What must one do to get a better service? Your service is extremely poor and does not deserve business at all. Out of 10, i give you -4. Thanks
Could not track the document effectively and the when checking online the tracker was not up to date with no information as the where the package was???

I am so disappointed that they sent me a message to say my parcel would be delivered today but they didn't.. Nobody even called to explain why it was not delivered.. I wish businesses would opt for another courier service. This is horrible
My local post office often charge per weight yet it takes weeks to deliver but with aramex i don't have a doubt, i meam i just went to PnP on Monday to submit my parcel and boom! My wife who is in Port Elizabeth has just received her anniversary gift from me who is in Gauteng.. Am so happy if my wife is happy..in less than 72 hours aramex made a fast,safe and effective delivery I won't hesitate to make use of your reliable services next time guyz..i rate you the best so far!!
