I send 2 parcels yesterday to the identical place, identical details but only 1 parcel was delivered! I am not amused at all, I called the contact centre 2 hours gave all the details and they have stilll not contacted the receiver or delivered. Gauteng and Johanesburg are the same damn place so what is so confusing to figure out if I put City as Gauteng and Province as Gauteng??? Will not be using them again and that is for sure. Tracking no was DBP44143195765 If the office bothers to follow up my complaint.
