Very Poor Service. They have no controll over their agents! From 25th May till 4th June they fail to deliver a parcel from Nelspruit to Malelane! Disgusting.

my parcel was sent last week wednesday that was suppised to take 1-2 days. 5 days later it still hasnt arrived, ive called 6 times and every time they say someone will come back to me. still no phone call, no package and no answers

One of my worst experiences in my life. I could not get in touch with a single customer representative for five days. And no solution for me all I can do is to wait and wait till now I'm still waiting for my package.
