Have been waiting for my parcel it's been 3 weeks now if not more.. ut deliveries after mine from the same company with other companies have reached the people.. Pathetic service

One of my worst experiences in my life. I could not get in touch with a single customer representative for five days. And no solution for me all I can do is to wait and wait till now I'm still waiting for my package.

Called 8 times within 2 hours and they take the shipment number and put me on hold fun till the line gets cut,ref Mr. Farah/Batul and 6other staff no one gets back to me, it’s an urgent parcel of my passport and I require it urgently as family emergency. The shipment result is received! They can’t even locate where it is so I can go pick it up myself.. Horrible waste of 2 hours of my time , disappointing
