One of my worst experiences in my life. I could not get in touch with a single customer representative for five days. And no solution for me all I can do is to wait and wait till now I'm still waiting for my package.

Called 8 times within 2 hours and they take the shipment number and put me on hold fun till the line gets cut,ref Mr. Farah/Batul and 6other staff no one gets back to me, it’s an urgent parcel of my passport and I require it urgently as family emergency. The shipment result is received! They can’t even locate where it is so I can go pick it up myself.. Horrible waste of 2 hours of my time , disappointing

bad service. paid for overnight. no parcel by 12 the next day. holding the line for over 10 min just to be told to collect parcel at HQ myself.... why the f**k did i pay overnight???? 0 out of 10
